FAQ's

When is Tulip Town open?

We are only open to the public during the Tulip Festival each April. We look forward to seeing you in April 2023!

The farm is open rain or shine during the Tulip Festival and doesn’t offer refunds.

You can change your ticket times based on availability or transfer your tickets to another lucky visitor! Time changes are not allowed 48 hours prior to your visit.

 May I bring my pet?

We love our pets as much as you, but we are a working farm and unfortunately our insurance does not allow pets. Please give your best friend an extra belly rub and send him our best wishes.

 Do you allow drones?

We are a no drone zone. Sorry.

I am fancy. What should I wear?

Tulips just LOVE our blustery and wet springs in the Skagit Valley! It is often wet, muddy and farm like here at Tulip Town. We recommend your best pair of rubber boots or something that doesn’t mind a little dirt!

I have a lot of friends, where do we park the tour bus?

Tulip Town has bus parking, the more the merrier!

Can I park my RV there?

Unfortunately, there is not enough room in our parking lot to accommodate RVs.

Is Tulip Town ADA accessible?

We are a working farm and have limited ADA accessibility.

How important is it that I am on time?

Very. Tulip Town is visited by over a million of wonderful people every season! We ask that you come as close to your time slot as possible to ensure everyone has access to the field. Help us keep it all running smoothly!

I am so excited to ride the Tulip Town trolley!

We are so excited to have you! But please remember that our trolley is weather dependent and sometimes she can’t get moving in all that mud!

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Yes! Just click on the link in your confirmation email and log into the TicketSpice account you created when you purchased your tickets. Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

What COVID protocols will Tulip Town follow during the festival?

Tulip Town will follow WA State Department of Health requirements for COVID-19 prevention during the festival.  According to the current guidelines and updates, it is anticipated that masks will be optional and vaccination will not be required in April.
